- Subscription plan and billing history
- We do not store full card numbers — payment processing is handled by Stripe

4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform:
- Authentication and database infrastructure — Stores account data and manages secure authentication. Data stored on servers in the EU.
- Payment processor — Handles subscription billing and payment processing. We do not store card details.
- Video infrastructure provider — Powers real-time video and audio for mentoring sessions.
- AI transcription and analysis provider — Processes voice recordings for interview simulation feedback.
- AI content generation provider — Powers question bank assistance and content generation features.
- AI voice synthesis provider — Generates mentor avatar voices for interview simulations.
- Cloud hosting provider — Hosts and delivers the platform.
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We only share data with these providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database level. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We apply access controls to limit who can access personal data within our team.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and site functionality. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the platform.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Session and practice history is retained for 3 years for record-keeping
- Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored long-term
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data
